In my client case 1st owner is Mr.pathan he sold his Land to 3parties in 2003 Mr.kolhapure/Mr.gadekar/Mr Mulla then Mr.gadekar sold his Land to Mr.shaikh & Mr Shaikh sold to Mr Ghatage now in this case for clear the chain Mr.gadekar & Mr pathan agreement is required or not .
