I was terminated without any notice
I got terminated without any notice in March 2020 without any notice whereas in the contract it was stated that both parties will have to serve notice period of a month . My salary was pending since January 2020 after termination I was committed that I will get my funds soon but never got it . Later the owner blames to manager n says due to covid they dont have funds , whereas in the recent months I got to know they shut down the company and opened another one and paying new staff well . They do not respond to my calls or message . I am unable to get the owner's address to proceed for legal notice. Total outstanding amount 75000/-

But now its already more than 1 year so send legal notice first.
Such termination is illegal. Further, if there is any retrenchment of any employee, the employer is liable to pay certain benefits as settlement to the employee, which is absent in your case. You can approach the office of Labor Commissioner and complain against the employer.

You will have to approach the office of the district labor commissioner and lodge a complaint against your employer, so that your dispute and your claim can be adjudicated and settled. Otherwise, you can also approach the Industrial tribunal against the unlawful dismissal and getting your salary dues from your employer.

First find out address of the owner and then approach labor office.

If you are unable to find it and your precious company was also registered then you can get the registered email address for the previous company in the same manner. You can send the legal notice to it and it will be deemed to be served under the eyes of law.
Also try to find out if the previous company went through the bankruptcy or insolvency process for close down because in such a case you will be an operational creditor and have a more solid legal ground for your claims.
