How to get my father's pension to my widow sister

My father expired last month and he was receiving pension from Delhi Government. He has a widowed daughter (my sister) and we want my father's pension to be given to my sister as family pension. I want to know the procedure.

A.you will have to apply in prescribed format with supporting documents and submit the same before the concerned authority for them to process and transfer the family pension in favour of your sister.

A.You please visit the department where he was working last and there you will have to apply in the prescribed format providing all the details of the dependents and the bank details where the family pension will be credited.

A.Hey,
Procedure for shifting pension fro your father's bank account to your sister married account is different for different department of delhi government. You have enquire the same from that department. And your sister is eligible to receive pension of your father until she remarries or can support her own livelihood.

A.Hi,
As per family pension scheme, 1984, your sister can claim your father pension into her bank account until she gets married again or starts earning her livelihood. You and your mother and any other sibling should write that you don't have any problem with her receiving the pension of her father. The procedure is internal to department of Delhi government your father was working in and you should ask exact process from them.
