how much time and money will it take to get a family member certificate for banking purpose and succession rights. Our house and banks are in indirapuram ghaziabad

A.Dekhiye sadasaita parman patar or succession parmamh patar alag h. Sadasayatta parmanh patara district magistrate issue karta hh.Or succession letter civil court se issue hota h.
Ab yadi aap ko sdasayata letter chahiye tab aap ko 10 se 15 din me mil jaiga. Yadi aap ko succession certificate chahiye to usme time lagta h uske liye court me case file karna hota h.
Yadi satisfied hue to respond kare.

A.For banking and succession right a succession certificate is required which are issued by the district judge after you make an application to that effect and produce all relevant documents in support including the death certificates and a plaint. after issuing a notice the matter will be heard and will be decided as per the law. Time limit is not prescribed but depending on the matter it might take long or may even get issued within a month's time.

The application money differs from each state. Once you will all the details in the application form along with necessary documents, the certificate gets issued in 30 days.

If the application is complete and relevant documents are present, the concerned authority will process your application within 30 days from the date of application.

A.Do you mean legal heir certificate? If yes then you will have to apply to the local councilor and the time taken would be the time he would take to give you the certificate. Please get in touch with him/her it should be done fast.
