I have served for 10+ years in 2 different organisations. I was unemployed for 2 years in between these two services. During these two years, I enabled my pension from the first firm. Now that I am nearing retirement, can I get pension from another firm as well as previous firm?
An individual is eligible for more than 1 retirement pensions?

A.Yes, Pension is organisation specific and not individual specific. For example and army men retired from army can draw pension from there and post retirement from another organization can get from another organization too.

A.Hi,
You can be the beneficiary of more than one retirement pension. But it would also come under the recommended tax slab due to the increased earnings. Secondly, VRS are valid only till the age of superannuation as per the employment scheme.

Yes, if you were unemployed when you triggered the pension clause then it holds valid. You can be the beneficiary of those funds however these VRS pensions stop at the age of 60 or any other definite age.
