The court may have opened a slot when it is still reserved in order to maintain equality, however, please provide more information regarding the problem and the question.

A.If the court has passed an order to be reserved for the anybody while the case is going on then as per the order of the court only court will decide that what will happen to that post and no body else can decide. Who else do you think will have the power or guts to do anything about that post?
