A.Dear client,
When you executed a bond you have to obey the terms and conditions of the agreement or bond. If they ask to pay the money for terminating the bond it is better to pay them. If not they will take legal action against you.

A.Dear Sir,
It is illegal to have such bonds. They cannot go to Court on such bond and if filed a suit then it will take 3 to 5 years.

A.In that case the company will ask you to pay the bond money and you will have to pay the bond money. If you fail to pay then they shall initiate legal action against you. Its your choice how you want to handle this and respond to them.
Consult a lawyer, show the bond agreement and the letter issues by them to you and then let the lawyer guide you on how to counter that.
