A.Appoint a lawyer before the Court hours and sign a vakalatnama and ask him to appear with you and submit the same and he shall take the case forward. If you are no able to find any lawyer than yourself appear before the Court and request the Court to provide another date in your matter as you do not have lawyer and take all the necessary papers of your matter (your copy if any) from the Court and appoint a lawyer before the next hearing. Thank you.

A.Aap ko aise advocate ko niyukt karna hoga jo banking ka hi work karta ho. Vo hi aapko uchit guide kar sakta hai. Kyon ki aapki problem bank se releted hai isliye bank ka advocate hi sahi parakar se guide kar sakta hai.

A.Hi,
If you are not present during the hearing, the judge may issue an ex parte order or adjourn the hearing. It is preferable to engage a lawyer just to request the next hearing date rather than not defending yourself in court at all.
Thank you very much. Please give the answer a rating.

A.Hi,
If you are not present in the case, the judge may decide to pass an ex-parte order or may adjourn the motion. It is advisable to hire a lawyer just to ask for the next date of hearing rather than not representing in the court at all.

A.Take a help of a local lawyer he will help you in this regard and manage the case date. Don't worry this is the 1st date and nothing will happen in this date and one more thing it is not clear to me whether SBI cards have filed civil or criminal case.
