A.Hi,
You cannot contest your father's will if it leaves property to your two brothers. If dad died intestate, that is, without a will, you, together with your brothers, are Class 1 heirs and have a claim to inherit the property. You can file a suit for your share in the property.

A.Hi,
You can marry whoever you want now that you are adults there is no legal bar. You will need documentary proof of the parties' dates of birth (matriculation certificate/passport/birth certificate) At the time of registration under the Special Marriage Act, both parties must be 21 years old. Ration card of the husband or wife whose SDM was contacted for the certificate.

A.Hi,
Since you are adults you can marry anyone you want. However if it is a marriage under Special Marriage Act then there is a provision where family members are given a chance to object to the marriage. This could create adverse situation for you. Since then the Marriage Officer will speak to the families in his chamber and the process will be further delayed.

A.You shall apply to office of marriage Registrar of your concerned area and provide notice in prescribed format for marriage under Special Marriage Act and submit all the necessary documents such as age proof and address proof and thereafter Marriage Registrar shall publish such notice of the proposed marriage and will provide you date for marriage if no objections are filed by anyone within 30 days so you will require to wait for 30 days minimum for the marriage to take place. But it is advisable that you get this process done by such lawyer or consultancy person who is experienced in such assignments. Thank you.
