Sir i am a Driver in PSU bank and Last week I refused A Duty Because They are gived me duty at 6 pm and I have to go for an emergency Work and my duty time Is 8.30 AM TO 6.30 PM The Duty was to pick up A officer At 9 P.M at the airport But I don't want to do the overtime . So Now the management Are Giving Me a memo of not obeying The Officers Orders. They issue me A insubordination Act letter with 7 days time to reply. Please Advise Me sir I have 7 days Only . Is there any act to refuses Of Overtime.
