Cheating n trust breach Cheating n trust breach

I was badly cheated by a guy with whom a love relationship started. Sooner he, upon showcasing his tough financial times that he is going through in his business, asked me for money for few days time. I had a very strong emotional corner for him, could not see him striving in his tough times & I lended him all of my savings. To my shock, sooner ifound that he is a married man. The relationship ended there but he is not returning even a partial amount of the total landed money. Its been a year now. He keeps delaying the return with excuses that he gives. I am tired of following up with him. If i file a police complaint, will it be a non bailable crime? What legal actilns i can take ?

A.Why should you bother whether it is bailable or non bailable? It is pure cheating. Give a complaint with Police and you will get abck your money at least.

A.You can corner him on two counts married man being in relationship amounts to rape and taking money and not returning amounts to fraud & cheating, better to consult a Family matter lawyer to guide & help you on aspects of the issue quickly.

A.Hello
What are the mode of transactions cash or online or cheque? Do you have any chat or proof where he is admitting that he has taken money from you? He may be booked for cheating and criminal breach of trust.
