Hello sir/madam,
Myself manoj kumar from . Recently olymptrade has closed my account stating i have done group trading, and it is true that i have 2 more accounts with the same broker i had deposited money in those accounts but those two accounts have not verified. i.e i have not completed verification process.
now they closed my account with over $9000 funds in it.
I have opened a position in my account and in the same account i have opened another position which is opposite to it.
please see my references for more details.
I am waiting for your valuable suggestion.

A.Dear Sir,
If it is not based in India then you cannot file any effective suit in Indian Courts. However to amicably settle the matter you may get issue a strong legal notice and try to putforth your strong evidence and thus they may come for settlement.

Contact the customer service of Olymptrade and try to explain your problem to them and solve it through them. There are high chances that they would re open your account after closeing your other accounts. These are new platform for online trading in international market and they are new in India and they dont want to loose theri customers so there are chances you'll get your issue solve through them.

As trading in international market through apps have become new common in today's era. But there might be complications as well. It would be suggested to contact the Olymptrade customer service and talk to them and explain them your problem and try to solve it through their platform only.

A.See it seems you have been doing international trading and there is some miscommunication and misunderstanding between you and your trading platform. You need to approach then and sort it out or else send them a legal notice and get your money refunded.
