Plot issue in society
I have booked a plot in one of the society in mohali.bcs of some reasons society was not able to deliver plots within time and is now many clients have gone for FIR.President of society is in jail.Already paid 90% amount including all charges. Now i have been offered a plot. They are asking me to pay pending 10% amt and take the possesion of plot.Society will issue share certificate,NOC and physical possession will be given. As court has stayed any more registries so i can get it registered once it is open.so should i accept this offer?can there be any problem in future?

A.If there is stay over registration of okits than society can not offer plots. However you may accept the possession of plot by executing a separate agreement stating all the terms and conditions
