My salaries are unpaid for 5 months last year and my services were terminated by company on account of Covid at project site,now they are not providing site clearance, however for hold up salaries of 5 months employer PF deduction shows, kindly suggest

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Labor Commissioner under Section 12 of Industrial Disputes Act. Further, you may get issue a legal notice threatening to approach Civil Court for recovery of 5 months salary along with huge compensation towards mental torture.

A.Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience; if the firm fails to complete the contract despite you doing your side of the contract, you can file a complaint with the industrial tribunal for unfair trade practices. Please contact your local advocate as soon as possible.

A.Hi,
Sorry to hear of your inconvenience, if the contract has not been fulfilled by the company despite you doing your part of the contract then it can be taken to the industrial tribunal and unfair trade practice. Kindly reach out to your nearest advocate as soon as possible.

Your dispute are labour. Your master is not paying your salary.
You contact a labour advocate and share his all the problems.
And after this you send a legal notice bu your advocate.
If your master do not pay your salary.
You file a labour case in labour court.
