A.Dear Madam,
You may close the matter by issuing a legal notice to your sister and take unconditional apology from her to save your marriage. Further, you may convince your husband and thus continue the marriage with the help of your well wishers.

A.Your sister has no business to quarrel to your mother nor she has any right to object. You shall get nothing by obtaining call history rather it would spoil the things and will also complicate the matter. Just ignore your sister and also stop interacting with her or having any relation or conversation with your sister. You can talk to your husband and mother in law to make them understand the situation and your plight and the mess created by your sister intentionally. You should also avoid to husband of your sister in law. Act prudently.

A.Aap aise kisi ki call history nhi le sakte. Kyonki law kisi ki personal call history dene se mana karta hai. Kyonki call history kisi case me valuable evidence ho tab li jaa sakti hai. Uske liye bhi SSP sahab se permission leni padti hai. Ya Phir court se permission leni hoti hai. Tabhi aisa kiya jaa sakta hai.

A.Hi,
You can't have access in her call history without a court order. You give a police complaint and they will investigate this case and collect information. A complaint can be given to the police through email or by post.

A.Hi,
You can give a police complaint and they will investigate the case. You can't have access to the privacy of others. If the local police officers are not investigating this case properly you can give complaint to the Superintendent of Police.
