Electricity Meter issue Electricity Meter issue

We had purchased flat in Ekta Parkville Brooklyn Park, Virar west, our wing got the OC and we process the possesion and OC document last year Novemebr but dont know why the OC documents are not shared by Builder till date, We got the possesion but Electricity meter is still not available so Possesion is useless. Dont know what to do.

A.It is a duty of the builder to share the O.C/C.C Copy with the Allottee before offering the possession, now you can file a complaint in RERA for Compensation & in addition to it you can also move to Consumer Court for the purpose of Mental Agony, Litigation charges etc. If you find my advise helpful kindly rate my advise in full.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice followed by a case before Consumer forum or Civil Court for getting electricity connection through new meter. If not successful immediately then approach High Court.

A.Hi,
it is duty of the builder to provide the Oc but as he has cheated and deficiency in service you can send him a legal notice and further it he don't comply with same you can file a civil suit against him

A.Hi,
The builder has committed deficiency in service under consumer protection Act. Send him a legal notice asking him to furnish OC, if he does not comply file a consumer case against the builder.
