A.Dear Sir/Madam,

After completion of the probation period, it is the discretion of the employer to put you on permanent role or not. If you have proof regarding the issues he has made for you, then, you must complaint this to the head of the department before you leave the job.

A.Hi,
It simply confirms in writing that the employee has successfully completed their probationary period, and it is the final step in confirming their appointment to their position. The majority of employment offers are conditional on you passing a brief probationary period. In this instance, the employer must decide whether permanent work will be granted based on the qualifications, performance of the employee and there is no obligation what so ever.

A.Hi,
It merely certifies in writing that the employee has successfully completed their probation term, and it is the final step in confirming their appointment to their employment post. The majority of job offers are contingent on the successful completion of a brief probationary term. In the present case it is up to the employer to decide whether permanent employment would be provided based on the performance of the employee and there is no obligation what so ever.
