Can someone leagally complain about my house?

I bought a house in delhi(MBS Nagar West delhi) 5-6 years back, and the house has 4 floor + 1 ground floor, i have read some where it is illegal to make house more then 2-3 floors, but now i have it, can some one complain about this and can make my house seal via mcd?

A.Nowadays through DDA app anybody can lodge complaint against a construction alleging unauthorized nature. When you had purchased that property then hope that you had checked the Sanctioned Building Plan in that regard.
It is necessary to know whether that property has been sanctioned for residential purpose or for commercial purpose. Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in its recent verdict gave direction to the Monitoring Committee not to become strict to seal those properties which are totally used for residential purpose.

A.Hi,
