Unsecured Money on intrest

I had taken money from a person in 2017 of 50000rs and I m paying her rs2500 sum from 5 years continuously till today but i m unable to pay intrest now and they torturing and threating us. There is no agreement between her and us . Even she has no license to lend money in delhi city. They are treating us like a atm machine whatever amount she want she took from us and torture us. Even she has not given money to us by cheque or online transfer bank transfer etc. And we had paid more than 150000 but they are saying we did not reduce a single penny till you not give us our money back . Please help us we r in big problem try to answer this question quickly.
You have the option of reporting this to the police under section 383. Extortion.— Extortion is defined as the act of putting someone in fear of damage to themselves or others and then deceiving that person into giving them any property or valuable security, or anything signed or sealed that may be turned into a valuable security.

You can seek to report this matter to the police under section 383. Extortion.—Who deliberately puts any person in fear of harm to themselves or others, and then dishonestly convinces that person to give to that person any property or valuable security, or anything signed or sealed that can be transformed into a valuable security, commits "extortion."
