A.Hi,
You have to give a police complaint. If she agrees to live with you or marry you, no one can stop her. The consent of your parent's is not required for the marriage as you both have attained the age of majority.

A.Hi,
You can give a police complaint. No one has right to detain anyone illegally. It is her discretion to who she should marry and her parent's consent is not required. If police officers are not registering the case, you can give a written complaint to SP office by post.

A.File a writ of habeas corpus before the concerned high court and then you will be able to get the relief you are craving for. Kindly also be informed that if the girl denies your propositions before the court then the court may impose exemplary cost upon you.
