meri wife muje pareshan karti he, marti he, ghar me nahi rahena he ye kaheti he, sucide ki dhamki deti he, isliye hamne usko uske bhai ke ghar bhej diya he.

Abhi vo apne piyar ke logo ka bhi nahi sunti he. Vo kahi akeli rahke job karti he. Usne section 125 ke under maintainance case file kiya he.

Mere upar bataya us sab chij ki recording mere pas he. Beta bhi mere sath raheta he. Meri on hand salary 12500 he.

To kya court use maintenance dene ke liye order kar sakti he? Agar ha to kitna?

Recording me sucide ki dhamki, bete ko marti he, muje marti he, ghar se bhag jati he, ghar me nahi rahena esa kaheti he, apne reletives ki bhi nahi sunti, iske reletives bhi use doshit karar dete he, ye sab recording me he.

vo chori chupke dusre logo ko call karti he uska mobile ka satatement bhi he.

Police ko application bhi di huyi he in sab chijo ki, uska receive report bhi he.

A.Hi,
The wife can ask for maintenance. There are some provisions that give the wife the right to claim maintenance from her husband. Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), 1973 provides an effective remedy for neglected persons to seek maintenance, especially for a wife in India.

A.Hello Sir
Your wife could only claim maintenance if she is filing for divorce. The court would not grant her any maintenance from your side. Also if she is working then she is not eligible for claiming maintenance.
Thanks
