A.Hello Ma'am
You could ask for your share in the property of you father. If you father has left a will then the property would be divided according to that will otheriwise it would be divided among all the legal heirs according to the hindu succession act. You could get a legal heir certificate from the court and claim your share in the property.
Thanks.

A.Hi
In your case you need to find out if any property/wealth was left by your Father and Mother then demand your rightful share, if refused you can approach the Court with suit for partition.

Please give thumbs up/ like if my answer was helpful and rate me 5 star on my profile.

A.Hello Ma'am
If you have attained the age of 18 then you and all your siblings could divide your father's property property among you under the hindu succession act. You could claim your share all the wealth you father had in case your father doesn't left a will.
Thanks

A.After death of your parents without any Will, you are entitled to one-seventh undivided share in that property and after giving legal notice for partition in registered manner,if your 5 sisters and one brother don't make partition then you have to file Partition Suit for Declaration,Injunction against transfer ,Status quo for not to change the nature and character of the property and Partition.

Then your other siblings can show interest to purchase your undivided share in registered manner in lieu of sale consideration and you will get the expenses of your marriage.

A.Dear client,
You can file partition suit in competent court of law against your brother and sisters to devolve the properties which were earned by your father. You have full rights on your father's properties. First of all you have to sent registered legal notice to all of them. Then you have to file partition suit against them. If other sisters and brother are in your favour you all of them can file partition suit against your elder sister.
