Hi meri age 26 h last 4 years se m noida job kr rahi thi is mere Family walo ne meri shadi fix kr di thi meri marzi ke khilaf jab maine mana kiya to mujhe home town bula liya or job krne se mana kr diya uske baad m kisi apne ek friend ki help lekr noida apne room pr aa gayi or women commission m complaint kr di tab mere Family walo mujhe blackmail kiya ki app complete close krwa do or ghar aa jao . Uske baad shadi to hat gayi lekin mujhe 2 din bhut mara gya Dando se or mera mobile or documents locker m rakh diye h . Or bol rahe h ab agr complaint ki to tujhe mar denge . Ab m apni job dobara continue krna chati or kisi trah bina bataye ghar se nikalkr noida jana chati hu but agr m nikli to Family wale fir kr denge jiski wajah se mere friends ko police arrest kr legi or bina wajah presan kregei ya kidnapping ke charges laga degi plz help me m noida aakr kuch legel kr sakti hu ya mujhe apne hometown ke administration m hi contact krna hoga local m mujhe khtra hoga

You are major and nobody can interfere into your private life. You may approach Civil Court and file a suit for permanent injunction restraining your parents and others from interfering into your private offence and your self decisions.

While certain types of abuse are evident, others are difficult to spot, especially when it occurs in your own family. You can seek to complain under Section 504 Indian Penal Code- Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace. file a complaint in the nearest police station. you are an adult under the Indian Majority Act and abuse of any kind is not tolerable.
