A.wow.
you can keep on to marry new like 1 for mother, 1 for father, 1 for granny, 1 for grandpa, 1 for mama, 1 for chacha, 1 for sister, 1 for brother and so on.
How may marriages you want to do ?
But unfortunately you can marry only once and for 2nd marriage you have to take divorce first.

A.No. You are already married so without obtaining divorce from competent court of law you cannot get married again. After marriage your boy friend became your husband and you became his wife and as per law you both are legally married couple. With getting divorce your do called second marriage would be illegal for all purposes.

A.You are already married in registered manner so second registration of that marriage is not possible and it is not proper to play with the emotions of your parents so if it is not possible to disclose the fact of registration now, then insist your parents for social marriage other than registered marriage and subsequently let them know that you as well as your spouse has registered your marriage .

A.Dear client,
Once a marriage is being registered between too people. Until and unless it is dissolved, it remains a legally wedded marriage.
No you cannot do a marriage registration like this for twice.
It is advised to confess the same to your parents.
Thank you
