CLAIMING NORMAL SUCCSESSION POST FIRST ABSOLUTE BEQUATH THROUGH WILL
2 years ago
My both parents executed registered will making absolute right bequeath to each other and then second bequeath (which is illegal) to my cousin in the same will. Both parents died now. Hence as a legal heir I am true beneficiary post their absolute bequeath now but due inclusion of his name in the will my cousin with the help of relatives has captured all the estate. How to claim/recover this estate at the earliest?
A.Dear client,
It is very important for an advocate to see the will and the declarations made there in. If there is no such mention if your cousins name, then his taking away your property is absolutely illegal.
Contact an advocate as soon as possible.
Thank you

A.Hi,
Please contact a lawyer and brief him the facts of the case. If it is illegal, you have to prove that in court with supporting evidence. You can file a suit in court.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize that Will as a whole for its scope, meaning and effect along with relevant fact of the case. Please take note if you are willing to challenge that Will, then it is extremely necessary on your part to proceed on the basis of proper legal opinion.
