Dear Sir / Madam, I was looking for real estate investment options and I got to know about Kisaan Parivar (SL Agro Ltd.), who's selling farm lands for a fixed price and offering 12% returns as rental, with a buy back guarantee after one year at 25%. While I feel 12% is fine, but 25% buyback is little surprising. They have a tie up with RBL Bank in executing these agreements and they shared a sample agreement as well on a INR 100 bond paper. I would like to understand if we can safely invest through this entity?

A.Hi,
It is better to do investment after contacting a lawyer. Each provision in the agreement should study properly for avoiding any litigation in the future.

A.See there is no business except the share market which can get you a return of 25% on your investment. I would suggest that you get the agreement vetted by a good lawyer to find out what is the actual situation. There might be some hidden clauses which you need to understand.
