I placed an order on Instagram for a dress and when i received the parcel and opened it..i saw that ot was the same as i ordered as i got a small piece of fabric instead of a dress

A.On the ground of deficiency in service, it is necessary on your part to lodge Consumer Complaint at the earliest in online on this issue against the Organization from whom you had ordered that dress as well as against the courier through which it was delivered, however,you have to give valid proof in support of your contention.
