I am a 21 year old girl and I love a person who lives in another state and he is doing a govt job. My family is not supporting me on my relationship and they are not allowing me live life by my way. I want to leave the house. What legal action can I take if I leave the house and go to that state where my partner lives.
What can I do if my family tries to do violence with me by coming there ??

A.you are major by age and you are legally liable to marry with your choice . if you don't want to live with parents then you may better to leave your parent house and marry with your choice. your parents never force on you to live in their house .

A.At the age of 21 if your parents do not support you now, you can legally leave the house, your parents and do whatever you like, same as in western countries. They may also not support you in case you run into marital problems later.

A.You are major so nobody can interfere in your life not even your parents, you are free to do whatever you want, inform police authorities if any sort of violence has been committed.
As a personal note convey your thought to your parents, i am sure they will agree with you.

A.Dear.. you are 21 ..and u r in love with a boy who is doing govt job... Then .. talk to ur BF.. what he says.. if both are ready to get married.. then u can do court marriage... Legally.that will be the safest way..
Don't leave Ur home and parents... Try to convince them that he is In govt job and .. he loves u lott.. if they are not agree.. then ask Ur BF to come Ur State.. and both of u apply for court marriage... After 30 days.. court will call u for marriage registration... once u get registered marriage.. that's it... U both will be legally husband and wife.. forever.all the best.
