Can we marry secretly in temple and after that we will register our marriage in court...will court send notice to our parents?

A.Yes you can.Court never send any notice if parties are major.file an application to district marriage registrar office with any 2 witnesses from both sides

A.In my decades of court practice in India I have not seen Courts registering marriages. But some young lawyers here say that Courts register marriages. I urge the Vidhikarya people to ask those advocates to show such Courts, so that people like me are enlightened.

A.Yes you can do the marriage in the temple in the presence of witnesses with video recording and get the marriage registered in the court. No notice will be sent to the family. You can contact an advocate who will assist you with court marriage.
