A.If you are major then no need to worry. You can File an application to district court with any 2 witnesses from both sides and if court permit you then marriage will be solemnized before marriage registration office.

A.Yes provide you both attain the age of majority. For boys its 21 years and girls its 18 years. The parties to the marriage are not within the degrees of prohibited relationship; neither party has a spouse living; neither party -------(i) is incapable of giving a valid consent, (ii) has been suffering from mental disorder, (iii) has been subject to recurrent attack of insanity or epilepsy, and the parties are not sapindas of each other.

A.As such there is no any law enacted on secret marriages. The proper court marriage is performed through a due process of law where a public notice is given for stipulated time for any objection to such marriage and thereafter only the marriage is registered. Another form of marriage is a social marriage which one traditionally performs with consents of all the concerned. In your case if you are a Hindu and major then you may opt for a marriage in accordance with Arya Samaj Act & if muslims and major then contract will be sufficient.
