I wanted to buy a jacket from O.L.X and i found one and started chatting with the seller on 23 sep'2021. We were chatting the whole day regarding price and shipping charges and we were agreed. Next day as per our agreement, i pay the sum of money including shipping charges before noon so that he can shipped the package on that day. After that he gaves me excuses everyday that he can't shipped. But after some days he remained totally silent, but he didn't pick my call nor call back. He even block me in chatting site.
After some days I threatened him to file an FIR an charges of fraud if he didn't respond during 48 hrs. Then, a msg came from him that he was very busy and he was on different tone unlike early days. He ask me more money for courier charges. I gave him next day i.e 1st Oct.
Again since then he remained totally silent. I was mentally shock. A msg was received from him that he shipped package on 6th Oct. I wait, but didn't received the package, i ask him tracking id. He still gives excuses and didn't get any response. On 23 Oct, i call a police officer friend of mine for suggestions that should i do. My friend call him but he didn't pick up. Then, my friend text him using some harsh words to settle the issue. All of the sudden "he wakes up". Now, instead of settling the issue, he (the seller) charges me and ask me to come to court because of some harsh word texting by my friend to him.
I don't know what to do. I'm in shock.
