Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought a plot in BDA apporved layout in March 24th in 2021 and after 3 months I got to know that there is legal case is running since 2014 on that entire survey no and my plot was included in the case affidavit with defendant who had aggrement with builder at that time and agreement was cancelled by that defendant knowing about legal issue and later builder sold that plot to my seller by hiding case details and case was not updated when previous defendant was cancelled agreement so my seller doesn't aware of case details he sold his plot to me.

I am worrying now if verdict comes favour of plaintiff what is my position? What action should I take now? Please suggest

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, some reliefs will be given to house owners and there is no much to worry in respect of your issue it will be resolved amicably by the Court.

A.Dear client,
Usually, it is the fault of the buyer to ensure he is aware of all the information before buying. There is a legal concept called "caveat emptor" where the buyer has to know details and is at fault if he doesn't check the property before buying. You can claim indemnity from the seller for not telling you his decision of the order is passed in the favour of the plaintiff.

A.It is necessary on your part to take necessary steps to protect your interest by applying in that legal case for adding yourself as a necessary party therein because until and unless you defend your matter properly, you may suffer due to adverse Order.
