A.A girl who is adult has a choice to live her life the way she wants. Family cannot interfere in her life. If she wants to move out of the family then she needs to call the police and complaint against them under domestic violence act. A woman in illicit relationship with a married man is no offence. If this married man secretly marry this girl, then section 494 IPC will come in play. However It would better if this man convince her to start her life with someone else.

A.Bigamous marriage is an offence even if it is performed with the consent of the first wife. Not advisable to marry a married man when the previous marriage is subsisting and is not divorced by a decree of Court of Law.
