Girl Seeking Married Man

A girl loves a married man and wants to live with him. Her family is against it and they are not allowing her in doing job outside or moving out. Now the girl is planning to leave home and move to the man by her own choice.
Does the married man is advisable to help her in this crisis time or does doing this will draw any offence?

The girl is major and have all wishes of her own. She seeks help from the man then who is eligible for a case to file? As far as i know a major girl can take own decision.

So does that mean the girl could live with the man without marriage? As i have read in some articles, live in relation of an unmarried girl with married man is not considered as biagamy. So is it fine to go ahead. The actual problem is the girl is getting pressurised to marry someone she absolutely do not want. And even she is not allowed to do job outside and live an independent life. Thats why she wants to leave her family

As far as i know, adultry is charged only when the girl is married and which is not the case here. Now coming to the relationship, its the girl who is forced to marry someone she dont want. Then what else she has other than leaving? And when she leaves home she certainly need someone 's help financially as she do not have a job at present. So does helping someone to live a life of her choice is crime as per indian law?

The girl is not going to. Marry thr man. She just needs a shelter till she finda a job of own. With thr articles on different cases SC, i have learned that living of a married man with unmarried girl willingly is not a criminal offence. It can just be a base for the legal wife to file divorce. Am i wrong in understanding any of these laws then?

In case of criminal complaint by her relatives against you, you will be in trouble. You need to find some legal ways to help her out if you want.
