Husband and Wife Problems

Due to some arguments I have hit my wife couple of times and she also hit me back and threatened she will hurt herself by taking knife but later we spoke mutually and apologised to each other and lived normally. Later I left her in her parents house for her regular medical checkup and treatment as there was a know doctor at her place. After the treatment, when I called her home she refused to come and said that she does not want to live with me and will take legal action. Please advise what I should do?

A.If she has decided to go legal against you then you must take some steps to protect yourself from the unwanted issues. You can lodge a general diary (GD) with your local police about all so that if there is any criminal complaint against you you shall not be ill treated by the police. Rest of the action will depend upon what all she does.
