Non payment of salary

I worked for a company (Wfh) one month which is located at Noida, due to some health issue and rude behaviour of employer I resigned my job.Now he is not paying my salary asking me to serve notice period which is not mentioned in offer letter and also verbally. They didnt even provide any laptop, mobile and internet charges.He will treat employees in a rude manner. I have given sales to them now heis not paying my salary.
Pls help me out in this issue.
