Parental Domestic Abuse Parental Domestic Abuse

I am an 18 year old girl and i have a 15 year old brother. My father has been physically and verbally abusing us and our mother since I was 6 months. He has also picked up a knife multiple times and threatened to kill us. I do not have evidence of it but i do have witnesses. However he is very monetarily well-off and has a mental disability certificate which he constantly uses to his favour. My brother and I cannot live in this abusive household anymore and we barely have any financial support. What can I do so we have sufficient protection from our father and he is held accountable for his actions.

A.Dear Client
The familial issues are quite tricky for example if you are able to get him punished by initiating criminal actions then you will face the problem of money and earning for the family. You need to have a discussion among your family members on how you want to proceed ahead with this scenario. If you are very sure to get rid of him then you can initiate a criminal case against him.
