Delay in flat handover due to various reasons Delay in flat handover due to various reasons

I have already purchased a flat from a RERA registered builder. At the time of document verification there was no issue with the builder currently I am paying EMI. However builder has not completed the project. It's supposed to be completed by September 21 as per RERA completion date. When i asked builder in this regard, he saying due to covid he extended completion date in RERA and also there is a complaint registered with builder recently in RERA portal. There is a big burden on me as I am paying rent and EMI . Despite of all issues builder is forcing me to register the flat.

Please suggest what legal action can be taken against the builder .

If the builder is asking you to register the flat then it means that the flat is ready for occupying. If so be it then what is the problem in going ahead with that? If the builder is asking to register an incomplete flat then you can lodge the complaint with RERA as well.
