Hi, i am a flat owner in the Kolkata one of the society and here promoter builds the entrance of the one flat too close adjacent to the other flat owner. So when after the adjacent flat owner put the grill and plyboard over that grill which creates an obstacle of my main entrance which almost half foot from the adjacent wall.
I hope understand it can be understood without pictures.

A.Dear client,
It depends upon whether the entrances was like that before you bought the property. If it was then you cannot raise any complains against him. However, if the entrance was not like that in the floor plans, then you may raise a complain against the person and ask that the grill size be reduced or removed.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client
The builder would have shared the building and floor plan before selling the flats and at that time you were supposed to raise question to him about the spacing. Once the builder has sold then you can ask the other owner who are fixing the extra fittings not to do so. I don't think that you can raise any grievance against the builder.
