I am young widow. My husband met with an accident in 2018. I have one son n i live with my in laws...
I got a insurance claim amount at my name frm his office, from that day my in laws started fighting, that it's our son's money so, give it to us...
My in laws mentally tourcher me n when I say something They give me the power of the police that we will file a complaint against u.. from 3 yrs m luking them but yet they tell me u did nothing for us.
Day by day they are making my life hell?please help me

A.Dear Sir,
You can file domestic violence case against your parents-in-law and thus bring them to terms.

A.Dear Client,
You can lodge an FIR with your local Police Station under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and under section 498A Indian Penal Code, 1872 against your in-laws.

In this scenario you can file a case for domestic violence or even a case of 498A against your in laws but be advised that once you do so the relation with your in-laws will go for toss. The alternative solution to this would be that you get separated from them.
