A.Dear Client,
Firstly, ask your associate company to pay as they initially agreed upon. Record the conversation (Telephonic, Email, post) for proof. Send a demand notice via your advocate. Then, if he does not pay file a money suit against them before the District court.
Thank you

A.Dear Client
You need to send them a legal notice through a lawyer to seek your sues salary. After that if required you can file a money suit in a civil court of the proper jurisdiction after having discussed the matter with your lawyer.

A.You will have to first issue legal notice to them and if they don't comply or don't reply within 15-30 days than you can file a civil suit against them for recovery of money and/or breach of contract. You can also file a police complaint against the defaulter for breach of contract and breach of trust but such cases come under civil matter so cannot help much. Thank you.
