first instalment of housing loan has been sanctioned for my loan in Indiabulls. mealwhile i have changed my flat in the same appartment of TNHB with same specicfication. Subsidy has been released and adjusted in the principal amount. Now the bank force me to surrender my subsidy since i have changed my flat.
