I have sent scanned 100 stamp paper as agreement to my employer that, I work for company 2 years. They mentioned in the mail that After COVID situation control only we go for physical training.But now they are asking me to attend physical training in Bangalore.But I'm very feared to attend Due this emerging pandemic. I have not submitted the hard copy of the bond. I'm in confusion to take a decision.kindly guide me.

A.Dear Sir,
You need not worry about such fake bond. You are not liable to pay anything to the employer if you violate any of the conditions mentioned in the said bond.

A.Dear Client
You need to discuss with your employer and find out a solution to this problem. As the Covid is on rise again (3rd wave) hence they will understand and act accordingly. Once it is over then depending on the restrictions and the company policy you can resume it.
