EPF scheme and company insurance after his death not giving by company

I'm actually saying that my father death in covid case on in 19May 2021 and her pf and insurance not given by the company he/she always saying that my work is going on but now not resolving ,So now he /she tell me that there are many covid cases in Delhi ,So pf office close and we are working on home and now we are do not work in my of ,So plz help I'm always to greatful to you thanks

We can understand your situation and unfortunately the Covid has added to the delay in all processes. Nevertheless they cannot hold the pf for ever and as soon as this wave is over they would process it. In case they delay even after that then you can move the court against them.
