After my delivery on sep 2021 my husband kept unnecessary discussion with my parents and went off to his home town and not even giving money for my monthly checkup or medicines and not even caring my child he till now didnot spent single penny on me or on my child as single mother I'm taking of my child. EVERY Month I'm even sharing bills to him through what's app as well. In this issue his brother in law ,sister,mother and father are involved

A.Dear client,
You can file a petition under section 125 CrPC for maintenance or you can also make a civil appeal for maintenance before the concerned court.

I am sorry to know about this. You should ask your husband politely to take care of you and the child but if he does not listen to you then are left with one choice of filing a case for maintenance in the court of law and seek the maintenance for yourself and the child. But be very sure before doing this as this might bring sourness in the matrimonial relationship.
