Can a child get a sum and cut off with parents. Would it be possible to do it in court in this country ? Can emotional and developmental damage, strain or trauma, irresponsibility ,mental consequences, suffering or not okay actions as a parent be a basis to ask for a certain amount of money in demand and cut off.

If you're a minor and the parents are incompetent you'll be under the guardianship of court. However, if this isn't the case you can file a case in the court seeking for separation and then demand for the damages caused. Moreover, if you are a girl, then you can file a case under the Domestic Violence Act.

A.Dear Sir,
If the child is minor he can do so through his guardian but if the child attained and crossed 18 years of age then he cannot do anything except filing a complainant if parents are giving physical and mental torture.

A.Dear Client
There are no straight forward laws to regulate the relationship between children and parents on the ground of love and affection. As a child once can ask for the maintenance through the court but can't ask for proper love, emotion and care.
If there are any kind of abuse by the parents then you can get in touch with the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and seek there help to come out of the abusing situation.
