My sister is of mentally challenged since birth. I am the only family member alive and taking care of her. Wish to get a legal guardianship status for her. Please advise

You are the legal guardian for your sister and nobody can object for it.

A.Dear Client,
You have to apply in Form A under the National Trust Rules for legal guardianship.
The application is to be processed by a Local Level Committee (LLC). The Local Level Committee is responsible for appointing any person of their choice to act as a guardian for the person with a disability.
