Sir, i want to ask about my case. My father have a mental problem. So i have a fear that he can raise his step to sell his property .so i want to secure it from him.
Tell me there is any rule by which i can do it.
Kindly help me about it.

A.File a suit of injunction against your father asking the Court to restrain him from selling it as he is not in right frame of mind, keep that case going, enough.

A.Whether that property is ancestral ir self earned by your father? Don't worry if that property in ancestral then you are legal heir of that property but if supposed that property is self earned by your father then you might be get share by your father's will. kindly contact with vidhikarya lawyer for further legal procedure of property matter.
