A.Dear Sir,
It is possible only for the service provider and to the investigation authority. You may be in good books of Police and thus trace out the location.

A.Dear Client,
You cannot track her as mobile phone is switched off but the moment the phone get switched on you can track her and you must report it to police as fast as possible because missing person case is too serious to handle by one person.
