A.You neither have disclosed age nor about property left by your deceased father. What are the sources of your living? Is there someone taking care you at the present circumstance? Legal positions cannot be answered without complete facts, as the answer will differ from one facts to other facts. Come up again with complete facts. We are here to assist you all times or you can approach Vidhikarya for allotting a lawyer.

A.Yes..
You can surely file the case but to advise better on the filing of the case, the details like age of children and how many years have passed since leaving and many other details will be required.
