Salary Unpaid
I was working with the Gym. A month back I was resigned from there due to my studies.
Now Im asking for my remaining 1 month salary, they are making excuses and now they said that you have not given one month notice so call us next week we may think about giving your salary. Now how to get my salary?
Further Points:-
1) It is a small gym.
2) I was working there for 4-5 months and resigned in the month of December.
3) There was no formal employment agreement between us.
4) I have all the recordings of me asking from them to give my salary.
A.Dear Client
You must visit a lawyer and send them a legal notice for payment of your salary for the said month. However, even if they are reluctant to pay then proceed with a legal suit in the civil court. Keep those recordings as a proof as it will help you in your defense.
Thanks
